KWAHO currently operates four programmes:

• WatSan projects in Lower Tana (Coast province) and Maseno division (Nyanza province) funded by the Austrian Development Agency (ADA)
• Water, Sanitation and Hygiene projects in Gem (Siaya district) and Kibera (Nairobi) funded by the WaterCan Eauve Canada
• SODIS - (Solar Water Disinfectant) project in Kibera funded by SANDEC, EAWAG Foundation
• Butere-Mumias WATSAN project funded by SIDA through Water Trust Fund (WSTF) by Ministry of Water
